Job Description

Our client is a well established Family Office that is hiring a trusts lawyer to provide legal and compliance support to their established family trusts structure including advising family members on the following areas:

• Tax matters and inheritance tax reliefs
• Preparing trusts and other documentation
• Ensuring compliance with offshore trusts requirements
• Assisting in the transfer of assets into the trust
• Advising on estate planning
• Designing and implementing new private trust company structures when required
• Advising on general operational legal matters
  
  To qualify, you should be an experienced private/family trusts lawyer who is very familiar with offshore trust structures and tax implications. Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for this role.
