Reporting to the VP Legal, Compliance & IP EMEA, DPO EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial legal activities, corporate operational matters and legal operations, while coordinating the work of specialized legal counsels. The role plays a key part in ensuring efficient legal support to the business and strengthening the company’s legal processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Technical skills
• Strong negotiation and business partnering skills
• Ability to manage complex legal matters pragmatically
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary legal expertise
Education and experiences
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in business law in a pharmaceutical environment
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts
• Experience in an international business & cultural environment
• Previous experience managing or coordinating legal teams
