The role:

As a Legal Customer Advisor at Aloi, you will be at the frontline of communicating with our customers and play a key role in delivering first-class support. We are looking for someone who excels at problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, and is passionate about collaborating with leading law firms to support their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, ensuring exceptional first-class support.
  • Build trust with our customers through clear, professional and timely communication.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues, escalating them appropriately when necessary.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks, consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Work closely with our Key Account Manager and Product teams to continuously improve the product and the overall customer experience.

Who you are:

  • Law student (preferably in your third semester or higher).
  • You possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a fast learner and a problem-solver, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset. You are patient and empathetic, ensuring customers feel heard, supported and understood.
  • You take ownership of your responsibilities and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Fluent in Swedish, but comfortable with having English as a working language.
