Transaction & Investment Support:
Lead the execution of private equity transactions, including secondary market solutions, co-investments, and GP-led processes; review and coordinate critical documentation such as LPAs, subscription agreements, and side letters.
Legal Project Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for external legal counsel, scoping mandates to ensure cost-effective delivery while monitoring legal budgets and maintaining quality consistency.
Fund & SPV Management:
Support the structuring and ongoing legal maintenance of funds and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), specifically focusing on Cayman and Mauritius jurisdictions.
Regulatory & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to international regulatory frameworks and coordinate legal processes with internal KYC/AML teams to maintain robust governance.
Governance & Secretarial Oversight:
Coordinate Management Committee and Board processes, including the drafting of resolutions and minutes, while ensuring all statutory records meet audit and compliance standards.
