We are looking for a US-barred attorney reporting directly to the General Counsel of Accor North & Central Americas (NCA) to oversee, coordinate, and support the General Counsel on all litigation matters affecting Accor in NCA, both with respect to (i) “above-property” corporate litigation matters affecting Accor corporate entities and (ii) property-level litigation matters to ensure corporate interests in hotel-level litigation are accounted for. In addition to reporting directly to the GC of NCA, the position shall work closely with the NCA Legal Team to implement risk mitigation measures and policies based on legal developments in the US and NCA region. This position shall also be the main NCA Legal Team member coordinating with Compliance on Data Privacy concerns and policies in the region.
