Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice to support HQ office development and expansion as well as local plant business and operation.
2. Draft, review and finalize routine commercial contracts and agreements e.g. engagement letters, NDA, procurement agreements, etc.
3. Conduct legal research and stay updated on local regulatory changes affecting the companys business and operation.
4. Support strategic investment projects as needed.
5. Support corporate governance matters.

Qualifications:

1. A qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house. prefer in Manufacturing industry
2. Diligent, self-motivated, proactive and attentive to details.
3. Good communication and collaboration skills, team work personality.
4. Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing/semiconductor industry will be desirable.
