What You’ll Be Doing
Lead high‑stakes client negotiations and deliver end‑to‑end drafting and negotiation of complex commercial and AI‑related agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, contract variations, terminations and RFP responses, across international, multi‑location delivery models, while ensuring alignment with internal approval frameworks, managing interdependencies between Concentrix and client obligations, and proactively mitigating legal and commercial risk in line with company policies, objectives and frameworks
Working closely with the business and other stakeholders to provide strategic legal and commercial contract advice, and advising internal business partners regarding contractual terms, corporate compliance and legal issues
Collaborate effectively with senior Legal Department personnel, Concentrix Sales and Account Managers and other internal stakeholders within the region and globally

Manage and oversee disputes, litigation, and claims, including instructing and coordinating with external counsel where required
Provide employment law support to HR on employee relations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, HR, Compliance, IT/InfoSec) to ensure legal and regulatory alignment across business activities
Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and client due diligence processes
Deliver legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders to drive compliance and risk awareness
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess impact on the business
Contribute to business strategy by enabling transactions, supporting deal structuring, and balancing legal risk with commercial objectives
What You’ll Need
LLB degree (or equivalent) and admitted attorney in South Africa, with strong in‑house legal experience providing broad, commercially focused advice across multiple legal areas
Significant experience in high‑stakes commercial contracting and negotiations, particularly within international outsourcing, BPO or technology‑enabled services, including complex multi‑jurisdictional and emerging technology/AI-related agreements
Strong working knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory and corporate governance frameworks within South Africa, and the ability to navigate complex domestic and international legal environments, including those arising from AI and digital transformation
Commercially pragmatic with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and advocacy skills, and the ability to influence strategic decision‑making at senior levels
Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, supported by strong business acumen, strategic thinking and effective use of legal technology and tools
High level of autonomy, accountability, and resilience
