We are looking for a Lawyer to join our legal team at Bosch Portugal. In this role, you will play a key part in providing essential legal support to Bosch companies, with a focus on corporate law matters.
Responsibilities:
Legal Support: Provide legal support to Bosch companies in Portugal, excluding data protection, labor, and tax matters.
Risk Analysis: Identify and assess risks and implications associated with business decisions and operations. Contribute to the development of defense strategies and provide proactive legal advice. Conduct legal research and support pre-litigation matters.
Drafting and Negotiation of Legal Documents: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents to ensure legal rights are protected and compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements is maintained.
Corporate Documentation: Prepare corporate documentation as required.
Legal Updates: Stay up to date with legislative changes and internal regulations.
Notarial Acts: Perform notarial acts, including powers of attorney, document authentication, signature certification, and document certification.
Legal Training Support: Support legal training sessions and workshops within the organization.
Collaboration: Actively participate in central legal department groups and initiatives.
Coordination with External Counsel: Coordinate tasks with external lawyers or specialists when necessary.
Litigation Support: Assist in monitoring litigation and debt recovery processes.
Administrative Tasks: Provide support with administrative tasks within the department.
Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management systems and databases.
Availability to Travel: Be available for national and international travel and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Education: Master’s degree in Law and admission to the Bar Association.
Personality: Organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, with a good sense of humor and a team player mindset.
Experience and Knowledge: At least 5 years of professional experience, with particular relevance in contracts, corporate law, and competition law.
Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written). German and/or Spanish would be a plus.
