Job Description

Your Role

360T is a leading global foreign exchange (FX) trading platform and part of the Deutsche Börse Group. We provide cutting-edge technology solutions for institutional and corporate clients worldwide.

We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing 360T Group legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret, and translate legal requirements while effectively communicating them to the business and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support and advice to senior management on a wide range of legal matters
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and applicable financial regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR, UK FCA regulations)
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, financial institutions, and technology partners
  • Evaluate legal risks and support business teams in developing compliant and commercially viable solutions
  • Assist in handling regulatory inquiries, audits, and communication with supervisory authorities
  • Execute legal procedures related to the protection of intellectual property rights, including software licenses, patents, trademarks, and designs
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments in capital markets and FinTech and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the legal team and help enhance internal legal processes and tools

Your Profile

  • German State Exam (fully qualified lawyer in Germany) or equivalent qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department, ideally in FinTech, capital markets, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of contract law, financial regulation, and regulatory requirements for trading platforms
  • Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues and translate them into clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, combined with a solution-driven and end-to-end ownership mindset
  • Affinity for innovative technologies and a proactive, forward-thinking approach to legal problem-solving in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
