
About the role
This is a specialist Employee & Industrial Relations legal role with a strong focus on wage compliance, enterprise agreements (EBAs), and award interpretation.
You’ll play a key role in advising the business on complex IR matters, particularly regarding pay compliance, industrial instruments, and risk mitigation. The work is hands-on and meaningful, partnering closely with HR, payroll and operational stakeholders to ensure the correct and consistent application of EBAs and awards across a large, operational workforce.
If you enjoy the technical challenge of interpreting industrial instruments and getting wage compliance right, this role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise at scale.
