Job Mission
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, Korea, Compliance and Regulatory Counsel will serve as the primary legal lead for compliance, regulatory investigations, and dispute/incident management.
The role requires a highly responsive legal professional capable of navigating Korea’s stringent regulatory environment—spanning fair trade, labor, workplace safety, data privacy, consumer protection, and emerging enforcement trends relevant to CHANEL Korea’s operations. This position is critical to strengthening CHANEL Korea’s compliance capabilities, enhancing regulatory resilience, and proactively safeguarding the business.
Additionally, the Compliance & Regulatory Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to the business during high‑stakes situations, including regulatory inquiries, government investigations, litigation, customer disputes, and other sensitive or urgent matters. The role requires sound judgment, mature leadership, and the ability to navigate high risk and fast escalating situations with steadiness, clear communication, and prompt follow‑up.
