As an apprentice, you will join one of our flagship trading services – LCH SA, a leading global clearing house providing clearing services to international clients.

The Legal Apprentice will support the Legal Department of LCH SA in deliveringhigh-qualitylegal services across all aspects of the company’sday-to-dayactivities. Working under the supervision of Legal Counsel, the apprentice will contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies within a highly regulated financial market infrastructure. 

Responsibilities include:

• Legal operations, which may include reviewing, drafting, and managing legal documents

• Legal research and analysis, primarily under French law and EU regulations, and helping interpret and apply financial, banking, and regulatory frameworks

• Supporting stakeholdersthrough interactions with internal parties and keeping legal contractual records updated

To be eligibleyoumust bean M2 studentcurrentlyenrolled in a master's degree inFrench  commercial/business/financial & banking law (droit français)

• You are fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts

• You have strong analytical,organisationaland legal drafting skills, with the ability to work accurately and methodically.

• You are comfortable handling confidential information with discretion,integrityand professionalism.

• Our teams work quickly and things can change fast, so you’ll need to show you can focus, bounce back from setbacks, and roll with whatever comes your way.

Recruitment Process:  

• The first stage of the recruitment process involves making an application andsubmittingyour resume.  

• The next stage of the application process is an untimed Immersive Online Assessment. The assessment is designed to give you an insight into whatit’slike to work at LSEG 

• Thesecondstage is a video interview where you will answer a series of questions using a strength-based-interview style 

• The final stage is a half day assessmentcentrewhich involves severaldifferent typesof exercises – further information is provided at the point ofinvite

L'Apprenti Juridique apportera son soutien au Département Juridique de LCH SA dans la délivrance de services juridiques de qualité sur tous les aspects des activités quotidiennes de l’entreprise. Travaillant sous la supervision des juristes, l’apprenti contribuera à assurer la conformité avec les lois applicables, les réglementations et les politiques internes au sein d’une infrastructure de marché financier hautement réglementée.

Les responsabilités incluent :

• Opérations juridiques, pouvant inclure la revue, la rédaction et la gestion de documents juridiques

• Recherche et analyse juridiques, principalement en droit français et réglementations européennes, ainsi qu’une aide à l’interprétation et à l’application des cadres financiers, bancaires et réglementaires

• Soutien aux parties prenanteslors des interactions avec des interlocuteurs internes et la mise à jour des registres contractuels juridiques

Éligibilité

Pour être éligible, vous devez être étudiant en M2 actuellement inscrit dans un master de droit commercial/business/financier et bancaire français (droit français).

Processus de recrutement :
