Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Legal Counsel located in Bielsko-Biala or Tczew, Poland.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, the Legal Counsel will provide dedicated legal support in Poland while collaborating closely with business leaders and legal colleagues across the wider EMEA region. This role offers broad exposure to commercial contracting, procurement, employment law, trade compliance, and strategic business initiatives, providing the opportunity to become a trusted advisor in a dynamic international environment.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Negotiate, review and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supplier, procurement, service and customer-facing contracts.
  • Partner with procurement, operations, supply chain, HR and leadership teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that supports strategic objectives.
  • Advise stakeholders on contract structuring, risk allocation, compliance requirements and commercial negotiations to ensure balanced business outcomes.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while enabling efficient business decision-making and operational continuity.
  • Provide legal support on employment and labor law matters, working closely with HR and business leaders across Poland.
  • Support Global Trade Compliance activities, including import/export regulations, compliance initiatives, investigations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with legal colleagues across EMEA, the US and India on cross-border legal projects, strategic initiatives and complex contracting matters.
  • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and act as a strategic legal advisor to leadership teams in Poland.
  • Develop and improve legal processes, contract templates, governance practices and compliance procedures to drive operational excellence.
  • Leverage Legal AI solutions, technology and data-driven tools to enhance legal service delivery, contract lifecycle management and commercial decision-making.
  • Work across borders, cultures and time zones, balancing legal governance with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Law degree and qualification to practice law in Poland.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial law, contract drafting, review and negotiation, preferably gained in-house or supporting multinational organizations
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business model
  • Well-organized and detail oriented with an outstanding work ethic
  • Able to independently manage and successfully prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive approach to provide business friendly solutions and improve processes
  • Advanced functional, technical and process management skills
