Forming part of the global legal team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates according to the highest ethical, legal and compliance standards. You will provide legal support for commercial, development and support teams across Eurowag entities in various jurisdictions. Working within a team of diverse lawyers you will have the chance to experience and develop in a challenging and innovative industry.

Responsibilities

• Master´s degree at university of law from an EU university/college;
• Fluent English (written and spoken), Czech (written and spoken) preferred but not mandatory;
• Other language is an advantage;
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a corporate (in-house setting);
• Preferred experience in complex business operations in a multinational setting;
• User knowledge of MS Office; experience with Legal IT systems, preferred AI experience
• Experience in labour law is an advantage.

Job responsibilities

• General legal advisory (consultations, analysis, legal opinions) for the Eurowag group;
• Participation in significant projects within the the Eurowag group and the Legal department with a focus on consultancy in various legal areas;
• Identification of legal risks and monitoring of risk exposure within the Eurowag group through Business Partnering;
• Preparation of contractual documentation and legal memoranda – regular updates to legal templates; identification of potentially critical issues;
• Participation in the operation, management and strategic planning of the business through identifying the relevant legal risks and work together with the business on mitigation actions;
• Participation in negotiations of selected contracts, control of internal legal acts;
• Monitoring of legislation and regulations that may affect Eurowag group’s business;
• Communication and cooperation with external legal advisors;
• Administration of confidential documents, POAs and other internal legal documents;
