As Legal Counsel, you’ll join a growing, innovative company and work closely with our General Counsel and business teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal support that helps the company move forward.
What you’ll do:
· Work with teams across the company and its subsidiaries, including sales, marketing, business development, R&D, HR, and others, to provide clear, practical legal advice that supports day-to-day business needs.
· Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
· Support and manage the company’s compliance program on an ongoing basis, including company policies, privacy matters, and other compliance-related processes.
· Take an active role in a collaborative legal department that supports a fast-growing, innovative technology company.
· Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model.
What we’d love to see:
· LL.B. degree, or foreign equivalent, from a leading academic institution and a license to practice law in Israel.
· At least 3 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in a high-tech company, or in the commercial/high-tech department of one of Israel’s leading law firms.
· Native-level English, with strong experience reading, writing, and communicating in English.
· A collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced business environment with globally distributed teams.
· Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, genuine curiosity, interest in cybersecurity technology, and a willingness to keep learning.
