As an In-house Legal Counsel, you will be part of Bosch’s general legal team in Hungary and contribute to the lawful and compliant operation of the Bosch Group. You will act as a trusted legal partner to the business, providing practical legal advice, supporting business decisions and managing legal risks across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.
Your tasks:
► Providing comprehensive legal advice to business units and decision-makers on a broad range of commercial, corporate and operational matters
► Supporting business decisions and transactions by identifying, assessing and managing potential legal risks
► Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements and other legally relevant documents
► Providing legal expertise particularly in corporate law, liability and damages law, as well as intellectual property law
► Preparing legal submissions, applications and other documentation for courts and public authorities
► Representing the company before courts and public authorities and coordinating cooperation with external legal counsels
► Supporting corporate governance and company law-related matters
► Participating in the preparation and review of internal policies, regulations and guidelines
► Monitoring relevant legislative developments and supporting the organization in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
► Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and senior management on complex legal matters
► University degree in Law from a Hungarian university
► Successful Hungarian Bar Examination (jogi szakvizsga)
► Minimum 5 years of relevant professional legal experience, gained at a recognized law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel
► Solid knowledge and practical experience in corporate law, liability and damages law, and intellectual property law
► Strong commercial understanding and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
► Excellent drafting, analytical and legal problem-solving skills
► High ethical standards, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
► Excellent organizational and time management skills with a precise and detail-oriented working style
► Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to advise and communicate confidently with senior management
► Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken
