Legal Counsel Support - Compliance

You'll work closely with our legal and compliance teams to provide expert support, helping us navigate the complex regulatory landscape. To excel in this role, you'll need to stay up-to-date with changing regulations and provide timely, accurate advice to our business teams. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions to complex compliance issues. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be essential to your success.
What you do
- Provide legal and compliance support to business teams, including reviewing and advising on contracts, policies, and procedures
- Conduct research and analysis on regulatory requirements and industry developments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
- Provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters
Who you are
- A law degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a compliance or legal role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

任职资格:

  • 至少五年银行或律所相关工作经验,能独立制作相关法律文本
  • 良好的职业操守和诚信管理能力,在监管机关无不良记录
