Job Description

We’re growing and looking to hire a Legal Counsel who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose—and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.

About the Role:

As a Legal Counsel at Claroty, you will play a key role in enabling the company’s global growth while helping scale a sophisticated and business-oriented legal function in a fast-moving environment. This is a high-impact role supporting enterprise SaaS transactions, strategic initiatives, and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with commercial teams and senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor while balancing legal risk with business objectives.

Responsibilities

As a Legal Counsel, your impact will be:

  • Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements with global enterprise customers, partners, and vendors, including SaaS, licensing, reseller, strategic partnership, and procurement agreements
  • Support complex transactions with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers, navigating commercial, regulatory, and risk considerations
  • Advise on privacy and regulatory compliance matters, including GDPR and global data protection requirements
  • Handle corporate matters relating to Claroty and its global subsidiaries
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and financing transactions, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-closing integration
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, R&D, HR, Procurement, Security, and Operations
  • Manage and coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions and subject matters

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 2–4 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team, ideally in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong experience negotiating global commercial and technology transactions, including SaaS and licensing agreements
  • Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR
  • Exposure to corporate matters, with experience in M&A and financing transactions
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English
  • A self-starter mentality — comfortable operating independently with minimal hand-holding
  • Creative, solution-oriented, lateral thinking and strong business judgment
  • High attention to details, ability to prioritize, and comfort operating under pressure
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance productivity, streamline legal workflows, conduct research, and support efficient decision-making
  • Willingness to support a global business, including availability outside standard business hours when needed
  • Law degree from a top-tier university
