About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a junior to mid-level lawyer who brings practical legal expertise to support the company's day-to-day operations, contracts, compliance, and corporate matters. This position is ideal for a Senior Associate at a law firm seeking an in-house opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide legal support and guidance across departments, especially on regulatory and compliance matters
• Assist in corporate governance, internal policies, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Handle notarization of documents (Highly preferred)
• Support ad hoc legal requests as needed by the executive team

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines
• 2-5 years of relevant experience; preferably from a reputable law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong commercial and contract law background
• Notarial commission (Highly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
