Thanks to lead-cooling, we achieve high safety in a very compact format, allowing for a simple and cost-effective design that can be mass-produced. Our unique reactor design will provide safe and green baseload energy that perfectly complements solar and wind power.

What you'll get to do

At Blykalla, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while providing strategic legal counsel to various departments within the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment where your expertise will significantly contribute to the company's success.

You will report directly to the Head of Legal & Regulatory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the energy sector

  • Collaborate with various departments to support business objectives and mitigate legal risks

  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards

  • Involvement in fundraising activities and procurement

Who you are

You will be part of a highly skilled team with a can-do attitude. As a person, you are detail-oriented, organised, and define yourself as someone who gets things done. To succeed in this role, you need to be open to roll up your sleeves and help where needed, contributing to the team's success in any way possible.


Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a legal counsel or corporate lawyer, preferably in the energy sector

  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law

  • Experience with investment or fundraising activities

  • Proven track record in negotiating commercial contracts

  • Experience supporting business development activities

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

This position is for our office in Stockholm.
