The job also demands that you are able to work on multiple projects at one time, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will provide counsel on various legal matters.

You will be based in Odense, Denmark and will report to Kirsten Vuksic, Deputy General Counsel for Teradyne Robotics.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with managing legal documents, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation of contracts.
  • Conducting legal research and providing accurate and timely legal advice to our key business stakeholders and the Legal staff.
  • Maintaining and revising corporate contract templates, business processes, governance and internal policies.
  • Working on various compliance matters, including export/import regulations and privacy laws.
  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, sales agreements, sourcing agreements, technology and license agreements, guarantees, and other financial instruments.


You bring:

  • A Law degree or a Master's degree in a law-related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of legal work experience as a legal advisor, preferably from a major law firm and/or private company
  • The ability to speak, read, and write English fluently at a professional level
  • Excellent analytical, research and drafting skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to handle and prioritize many tasks at the same time and deliver results, often under tight deadlines
  • A commercial mindset
