Ensure full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in all areas of the company’s operations
• Ensure the protection of the company’s property and other legitimate interests
• Prepare, review, and approve legal documents and contracts
• Provide legal advice to departments and senior management• Develop methodologies for managing contracts and legal processes
• Oversee the development and implementation of standard contract templates
• Analyze contract performance practices and provide practical recommendations
• Manage company-wide claim and dispute resolution processes• Adapt and implement corporate policies in the areas of ethics and compliance
• Conduct compliance and ethics training for employees
• Receive, process, and follow up on internal reports or investigations related to compliance issues• Represent the company in courts, government agencies, and other authorities
• Prepare legal opinions, complaints, responses, and procedural documents
• Analyze case law and prepare relevant legal summaries
• Monitor the enforcement of court decisions
• Draft, update, and review corporate documents and articles of incorporation
• Assist with company registration, re-registration, and amendments to statutory documents
• Provide legal support for corporate transactions
• Ensure the protection and renewal of trademarks and intellectual property rights
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in law
Work Experience
• 1–3 years of professional experience in the legal field
Knoweledge and Skills
• In-depth knowledge of Uzbekistan’s legislation
• Experience in contract law, litigation, and corporate law
• Ability to draft legal opinions and conduct negotiations
• English: Intermediate level
• Excellent computer skills
