Job Description

Our client specializes in big data and technology services, particularly in Hong Kong and China. They concentrate on utilizing data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud solutions to improve business operations and enhance decision-making processes across various industries.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for legal affairs in various overseas countries, including reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents, developing project contract templates, providing consultation on the full spectrum of legal matters, and supporting overseas mergers and acquisitions projects.
• Deeply involved in designing the compliance and transaction structures of various products in overseas markets, identifying and managing legal and operational risks in the business processes, and offering effective solutions oriented towards business goals.
• Managing corporate governance in various overseas markets, maintaining company information, and ensuring compliance filings to ensure the business operates legally and effectively.
• Selecting and managing overseas partner law firms and handling intellectual property, litigation, and other dispute resolutions in accordance with the needs of the overseas business.
• Tracking and researching overseas business-related laws, regulations, and policy dynamics, deeply understanding the regulatory perspectives and enforcement logic related to overseas operations, and providing compliance advice and legal training for the companys operational decisions.

Qualifications:

• Possess extensive legal knowledge and a solid legal foundation.
• PQE 3-5 years in any jurisdiction
• Exhibit rigorous logical analysis, judgment, and critical thinking skills, have systematic thinking and summarizing habits, and be business-oriented.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, coordination, and language expression capabilities, be flexible and open-minded, and possess strong responsibility, initiative, and stress resistance.
• Be fluent in Mandarin and English is a MUST
