Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding and passionate Legal Counsel to join our legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative and dynamic environment, handling a wide range of commercial agreements and regulatory matters while collaborating closely with various teams across the company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (advertising, licensing, distribution, service agreements, SaaS and much more).
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a wide variety of legal matters.
• Monitor and provide guidance on applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead and support cross-functional legal and business projects that require a strategic legal perspective.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a commercial, technology, or international M&A department at a leading law firm or a high-tech company.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements in the technology sector.
• English at a mother-tongue level.
• Excellent business orientation – ability to align legal advice with the company’s strategic goals.
• High level of curiosity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
