Take ownership
As our Legal Counsel, you will:
Advise on products and regulations: work closely with our product teams to identify key legal and regulatory implications early, and find clear, workable solutions.
Support with contracts and partnerships: review and draft agreements that enable bunq’s growth while managing legal risk in a pragmatic way.
Keep us ready for what’s next: monitor changes in financial regulation and help translate them into actionable steps for bunq.
Broad legal experience: you’re a generalist who can easily switch between contracts, product advice, and regulatory topics.
Background in banking or finance: you understand the regulatory environment and how authorities like DNB or AFM operate.
You know how to turn complex legal requirements into clear, useful guidance for the business.
You’re proactive, eager to learn, and always looking for better ways to work.
You explain legal topics in a way everyone can understand.
You have a Master’s degree in Law.
It’s a plus if you speak Dutch 🇳🇱
