Industry: Energy Business
 Location: Bangkok (near BTS/MRT)
 Working hours: Monday-Friday (8:00-17:00 hrs.)

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Negotiating Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal contracts and corporate documents, including those for cross-border transactions.
• Legal Advisory: Provide legal opinions and advice, offering strategic solutions and options to address legal issues.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks through careful drafting, commentary, and legal counsel.
• Internal Consultation: Serve as a liaison between management, working teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring legal matters are clearly understood.
• Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in legal proceedings, including defending or prosecuting lawsuits and other claims.
• Corporate Governance: Support corporate activities such as shareholder meetings and other company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law; a specialization in Business Law is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business or corporate law, with experience in the energy sector being a plus.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Thai and English. (Minimum 700 TOEIC score).
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
