Job Description



1- Partnership Legal Track
You'll be critical in expanding the clients ecosystem by negotiating strategic deals with local and international partners, ensuring all agreements comply with Saudi and GCC market specificities.

You'll focus on:

Strategic partnerships with local payment gateways (e.g., Mada),
shipping carriers, and logistics providers.

Technology integrations with Fintech and Embedded Finance partners and ensuring compliance with SAMA and other regional financial regulations.

Negotiating and localizing API Access, SDK, and App Market developer
agreements for clients merchant ecosystem.

Structuring transactions with large social media and aggregator
platforms relevant to the local e-commerce landscape.

2- Revenue Legal Track (10+ Years Experience / Associate General Counsel Level)

You will craft enterprise deals and establish scalable legal frameworks to support clients key revenue streams,
focusing on high-value merchants and platform growth in the region.

You'll focus on:

Complex Enterprise SaaS and platform agreements with major local merchants,
government entities, and large conglomerates in line with Vision 2030 initiatives.

Architecting scalable legal frameworks, policies, and templates for merchant terms, billing, and dispute resolution across the platform.

Advising on legal aspects of new product launches (e.g., B2B wholesale, financing solutions) and their regulatory compliance in KSA.

Developing playbooks for the sales and account management teams to manage large-scale regional commercial relationships.

3 - Bonus Experience (Any Level)
Direct experience working for a Saudi/GCC-based SaaS or Fintech company.

Expertise in ZATCA regulations, including E-Invoicing requirements for technology providers.

Experience with Sharia-compliant investment, financing, or contracting principles.

Litigation or dispute resolution experience in Saudi commercial courts or arbitration centers.

Experience managing or using a contract management platform, with knowledge of local signature standards.
