You will provide legal support across a wide range of business-to-business (B2B), payment, digital marketing, partnership, crypto, finance, loyalty, and affiliate-related matters, among others. Your work will focus on reviewing, drafting, and advising on legal documentation to support the Group’s commercial initiatives, operational needs, and strategic partnerships in a practical and business-oriented manner.
You will be supporting dynamic business functions such as:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including:
Legal Advisory and Cross-Functional Support
Maintain accurate contract records and support continuous improvement of contract templates and procedures
Stay informed of legal developments relevant to the division’s scope, including updates in local advertising/marketing laws, commercial contract law, data protection, crypto and payment regulations.
