Role Profile

The Corporate Legal Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the legal team, ensuring efficient management of legal documentation, processes, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized records, supporting corporate governance requirements, and coordinating legal workflows to enable effective delivery of legal services across the organization.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to legal team, including document preparation, formatting, and correspondence and scheduling
  • Document and execute legal workflows, track deadlines, and manage legal requests to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, both physical and electronic
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of legal materials and reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information to support legal processes
  • Optimize processes by leveraging technology
  • Support corporate governance activities, including preparation and tracking of annual filings and corporate records
  • Maintain company minute books, corporate registers, and governance documentation · Assist with compliance tracking using tools such as E-Comply or similar systems
  • Help ensure documentation and processes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Ensure all legal and administrative tasks are executed in accordance with established policies, and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive legal information
  • Support adherence to internal controls and compliance frameworks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records, including invoices, ensuring version control and accessibility
  • Streamline and improve document management practices to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Support document retention and destruction processes in accordance with legal and policy requirements
  • Provide administrative support for insurance litigation, claims, and legal matters, including file setup and tracking
  • Coordinate documentation, correspondence, and information flow between internal teams and external legal counsel
  • Track case progress and maintain organized litigation and claims files

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a legal administrative or corporate office environment
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (particularly Word)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with AI, Power BI, SharePoint preferred
  • Strong commitment to process optimization and Automation
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies

Profile

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-5 years of experience
