Legal Compliance Specialist (f/m/d)

LOCATION: Krakow / Poland | COMPANY: Knorr-Bremse Systemy Pojazdów Szynowych Sp. z o.o.

  • implementing and monitoring company compliance policies and procedures,
  • maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and regulatory filings,
  • delivering compliance training and resources to employees,
  • supporting the team in conducting compliance risk assessments and identifying mitigation strategies,
  • being informed on industry regulations and provide updates to the compliance team,
  • collaborating with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews and audits.

Our requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, security compliance or related legal fields,
  • university degree in law or in other relevant field such as Public Policy,
  • English proficiency at C1 level,
  • interest in regulatory compliance and/or security compliance area,
  • understanding of security regulations, cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory processes,
  • excellent communication skills,
  • ability to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Nice to have:

  • interest in digital technologies and AI,
  • knowledge of regulations regarding the responsible use of AI and ethics in technology.
