About the Role
As L&C Operations Manager, you'll be a trusted operational partner and coordinator at the heart of Swiss Re's Legal & Compliance function. You'll own and manage key governance, risk, operational and financial processes while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the function's operating model.
Acting as a central connector between Legal & Compliance (L&C) and stakeholders across the organization, you'll ensure transparency, consistency, and timely delivery of critical activities and reporting requirements. This role offers significant exposure across the Legal & Compliance function and provides the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, operational effectiveness and risk governance at Group level.

About the Team
The Legal & Compliance Operations team is a newly established team based in Switzerland and Slovakia, on an exciting mission to enable the Group Legal & Compliance function through governance, operational excellence, and financial stewardship. We own selected operational frameworks within Legal & Compliance and lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support informed decision-making across the function. The role offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders across Swiss Re and provides a unique platform to contribute to the strategic and operational effectiveness of Legal & Compliance. For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 2,900 EUR and 4,900 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
