Responsibilities :

• Assist in monitoring and ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Conduct thorough research to interpret and apply relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards
• Participate in risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify potential legal and regulatory risks
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal and regulatory guidance, ensuring that business decisions are in accordance with applicable regulations
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to guide product development decisions
• Liaise with third parties and regulators, acting as a bridge to address inquiries and communicate
• compliance-related matters
• Engage in a variety of responsibilities within operations, including thorough assessments and compliance actions, to maintain operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal or compliance role
• Strong research and analytical skills to assess the regulatory impact
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work well to meet objectives
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team without supervision
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Proficient in English
