Job Description

Intro

We’re looking for a Legal Compliance and Operations Coordinator to join our team and help keep our legal processes running smoothly. From contracts and corporate documents to KYC, data protection, and legal systems, you’ll support a variety of activities and work closely with the Legal team. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with documentation and digital tools, and eager to learn, this could be a great opportunity for you to develop your career in legal operations and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing contract and document lifecycles, including versions, renewals, deadlines, and filing
  • Maintaining accurate legal and corporate records with consistent organisation and data quality
  • Supporting corporate governance through entity maintenance, filings, and board materials
  • Assisting with implementation of personal data protection documentation and reporting
  • Coordinating KYC and due-diligence documentation for banks and business partners
  • Executing KYC screenings
  • Managing legal workflows and dashboards while supporting process and improvements
  • Administering legal technology tools and support system configuration, testing, and finding new solutions
  • Performing other duties assigned by Head of Legal / other team members

We expect You to have

  • Relevant legal background or experience in a legal, legal operations, corporate administration or compliance environment
  • Basic understanding of legal and corporate documentation and processes
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Confidence working with documentation systems and digital workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under time pressure
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and processes
