Job Description
Prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the procedures of various government agencies.
Serve as a liaison to obtain necessary documentation from agencies such as the BIR, SEC, DTI, Courts, and other Local Government Units (LGUs).
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
Manage regular documentation, monitor processes, ensure completion of tasks, and provide accurate reporting.
Support various departments administratively by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data.
Maintain confidentiality of client and attorney information at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Political Science or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and attentive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Willing to work onsite at Bonifacio Global City
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work set-up: Onsite, Monday to Friday, with willingness to work on a rotating Saturday schedule (either 8:00 AM–12:00 NN or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
