Job Description



  • Prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the procedures of various government agencies.

  • Serve as a liaison to obtain necessary documentation from agencies such as the BIR, SEC, DTI, Courts, and other Local Government Units (LGUs).

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.

  • Manage regular documentation, monitor processes, ensure completion of tasks, and provide accurate reporting.

  • Support various departments administratively by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and attorney information at all times.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Political Science or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and attentive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Willing to work onsite at Bonifacio Global City

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work set-up: Onsite, Monday to Friday, with willingness to work on a rotating Saturday schedule (either 8:00 AM–12:00 NN or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
