Winstead's Austin office is seeking a Legal Clerk to join the Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. This position will primarily support the group's HOA Collection initiatives and provide general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential clerical and administrative support for the HOA Collections process
• Maintain and organize documents using document management systems
• Assist with correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency with document management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
