Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing litigation materials; litigation management; processing correspondence, and various clerical duties, including filing/copying/court package assembly
Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Disassembles hard copy records to prepare records as well as document repair when needed
Responsible for sorting, scanning and filing correspondence/mail
Prints, collates and mails packages to attorneys, courts, and vendors in various states
Performs quality check to ensure accuracy before mailing.
Performs high speed scanning of documents to convert to electronic files
Runs high volume machines and performs binding and finishing work
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility
Maintains knowledge of current department policies and procedures and apply as necessary in appropriate circumstances
Updates department manager and team members about any recent changes
Manages incoming correspondence between the legal team, clients, courts and third parties.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED

Work is performed in an office environment with telephones, personal computers, and printers. The office environment is an open workspace with individual workstations. The noise level of the environment is usually moderate. This position is a:

Salary Range:
$13.46 - $20.19

This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate.
