The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a minimum of two years of legal billing experience in a law firm environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Is capable of managing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and professionalism.
• Brings experience with legal billing software, such as Aderant, and electronic bill submission platforms.
