At PwC, our people in legal services offer comprehensive legal solutions and advice to internal stakeholders and clients, maintaining compliance with regulations and minimising legal risks. These individuals provide strategic guidance and support across various industries.
Those in corporate law at PwC will provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. You will leverage experience in corporate law and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
Currently we are looking for Associate to support us in providing high quality corporate legal services with requirements as follow:
Has a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Law, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from a local reputable Universities;
Good team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from variety of backgrounds;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum years experience required:
Have a minimum one year of professional experience working in a Law Firm. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Good legal research and drafting skills
Have keen interest in public services and infrastructure sector are added values.
Have a sound foundation in understanding and reading laws and regulations.
Having good grounding in legal knowledge and skills.
As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
