The Role

You'll be the right-hand person to a team conveyancers, handling everything from preparing quotes to keeping clients, estate agents, and other solicitors in the loop (because let's face it, nobody likes being left out). Expect plenty of variety, lots of learning, and the occasional emergency hunt for That One Missing Document.



 Daily Adventures Include:

• Preparing and sending out quotes (and following up like a pro).
• Opening new files and getting contracts out the door.
• Preparing completion statements (don't worry, well show you how).
• Registering properties and dealing with SDLT returns (again, well train you).
• Keeping clients, agents, and solicitors informed so they don't panic.
• Taming the daily post and making sure nothing gets missed

Skills You'll Have:

• Ability to organise like Marie Kondo if it doesn't spark legal joy, you'll find a better place for it.
• A flexible approach because property transactions have a habit of surprising us all.
• A keen eye for detail if you spot a typo from a mile away, we already like you.
• The ability to keep secrets client confidentiality is key (no gossiping about that one tricky buyer!).
• Teamwork because no one survives conveyancing alone.
• Communication skills you'll be updating clients, estate agents, and occasionally reassuring people that yes, their house sale will complete.
