Our Corporate Office, located in Audubon, PA, is currently searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support two busy litigators – one focused on personal injury defense and the other on Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation defense – as well as an additional attorney focused on transactional work. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and capable of managing a fast-paced litigation practice. Prior experience in a legal setting is required, and paralegal experience is a strong plus.

What You Will Do:

• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling of depositions, hearings, and meetings
• Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and document production
• Perform legal research and summarize findings (if experienced)
• Additional job duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

You Have/Are:

• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar legal support role
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania court systems and e-filing procedures, including WCAIS
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

We Prefer You Have:

• Prior work in personal injury and/or workers' compensation defense
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys
• Paralegal experience or a paralegal degree or certificate
