About the Role

As a Legal Assistant in our Personal Injury team, you will play a key role in supporting our lawyers to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will assist with the day-to-day management of files, client communications, and preparation
of legal documentation to ensure matters progress efficiently.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of personal injury matters and provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical legal skills while working closely with experienced professionals. You will be part of a supportive team that values initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide administration assistance by preparing important legal documents;
  • Maintain and organise client files to ensure smooth operations;
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding case details and scheduling;
  • Prepare and file court documents electronically and managing court filings;
  • Assist in managing calendars, appointments, and deadlines for the legal team;
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements;
  • Support our expert Personal Injury team in achieving the best results for our clients.

Who We're Looking For

  • Some prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in administration (within legal preferred);
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills;
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and great communication skills are your superpowers;
  • Previous experience in a law firm or exposure to personal injury law an advantage;
  • Familiar with legal systems and tech-savvy – we embrace smart tools.
