This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to a group of attorneys. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently creating, formatting, and managing legal documents using advanced software.
• Coordinating case-related tasks such as e-filing, calendar management, and file organization.
• Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing general office assistance.
• Assisting with timekeeping, billing, and expense reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation support experience in a law firm.
• Proficiency in legal software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
