About the
Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced
and career-focused full-time
Legal Assistant to join our join our Wills & Estates office in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic
opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients on sensitive
and important matters, including estate planning and administration. You will
play a key role in supporting our lawyers while delivering a high standard of service
to clients during significant life moments.

Key
responsibilities:

• Provide
  high-quality administrative and practice support to Wills & Estates lawyers
• Manage
  files and assist with estate administration processes
• Coordinate
  diaries, meetings, and deadlines.
• Communicate
  with clients and external stakeholders.
• Assist
  with billing and other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to team initiatives and process
  improvements.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a
  legal assistant or administrative role, ideally within Wills & Estates or a
  similar practice area
• Strong
  communication and client service skills.
• Excellent
  attention to detail and time management.
• Confidence
  working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency
  with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
