The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our high-performing Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build their experience in litigation and grow their career in a supportive, collaborative environment where your development is genuinely encouraged.

You’ll work closely with a team of experienced lawyers, gaining exposure to a range of matters while playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly day-to-day.

What You’ll Do

• Preparing and formatting correspondence and court documents.
• Filing court documents (including e-filing) in accordance with court requirements.
• Liaising with barristers, mediators, experts and court administrators.
• Communicating with clients and coordinating meetings and teleconferences.
• Managing diaries, emails and calendars.
• Opening and closing files.
• Assisting with end-of-month billing.
• Providing general administrative support, including scanning, filing and document management.

About You

You’re organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a support or administrative role within a law firm (litigation experience
  preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
