Join our team as a Judgment Legal Assistant and play a key role in moving foreclosure cases efficiently through the legal process. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, organization, and exceptional client service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review judgment motions, orders, and supporting legal documents.
• Manage case updates, filing information, and hearing results within case management systems.
• Monitor assigned files to ensure deadlines, court requirements, and client expectations are met.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams regarding case status and inquiries.
• Identify and escalate issues that may impact file progression.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling a high-volume workload.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, client directives, and firm policies.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, or a related legal field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily sedentary work involving prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
• Ability to read and review electronic and printed documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, video conference, and in person.
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer, telephone, scanner, copier, and other office equipment.
• Ability to move throughout an office environment and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
