The Corporate & Tax Practice Group in our Fort Worth office is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This position provides high level support to a sophisticated corporate practice and requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience, with prior corporate or transactional support required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles, complex formatting, and redlining.
• Strong Adobe Acrobat skills, including PDF editing, combining, bookmarking, and document preparation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Outlook for calendar coordination and attorney support.
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for spreadsheets, tables, and basic presentation updates.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and demonstrated capacity to manage multiple detailed tasks with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high degree of discretion, reliability, and dedication.
