Responsibilities:

As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system
• Requesting and organizing supporting documentation
• Providing outstanding client service through regular communication with clients, answering questions, providing case updates, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the life of the case

Requirements:

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
