We're looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team in Espoo! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our legal operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll partner closely with our General Counsel and the wider legal team, providing essential administrative support while looking after our global subsidiaries and corporate compliance.

Helping organize leadership, board, and shareholder meetings, ensuring all key documents are ready and signed.
Look after the health of our global subsidiaries by preparing meeting minutes, trade register forms, and corporate documents.
Maintaining our shareholder registers, company records, and signing authorizations with great care.
Partnering with external law firms and public authorities like the Finnish Patent and Registration Office to handle document legalization.
Managing our contract archiving system and guiding internal users on the use of e-signing tools.
Assisting with internal governance by updating our policies and guidelines, maintaining our training modules, and administering compliance processes.
Supporting our General Counsel and lawyers with travel, meeting arrangements, and expense management.
You have a degree in business or a related field, alongside a solid understanding of corporate law.
You bring hands-on experience in administrative support, ideally within a legal setting.
You know how to prepare, file, and maintain corporate documents, records, and trade registry notifications.
You are comfortable interacting with public authorities, embassies, and external legal partners.
You have excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools.
You are deeply committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive details safely.
You enjoy a cooperative environment where you can work both independently and together with a global team.
