The Legal Assistant will play a crucial role in coordinating and administering external legal fees and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing. They will also provide administrative support to the Legal Department, maintaining records and assisting with projects. • Act as the primary point of contact for external legal invoice matters.
• Coordinate and maintain legal matters/projects with fee estimates.
• Process invoices accurately and manage the process efficiently.
• Assist with monthly accruals and budget tracking.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries.
• Provide daily administrative support to the Legal Department.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
