Our award-winning client is seeking an Legal Assistant to join their team.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic law firm in Fort Worth. This hybrid role combines legal assistant duties with receptionist responsibilities, providing essential support to a team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of legal procedures, and a proven ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, document preparation, and e-filing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, handling mail, and scheduling conference rooms.
• Assist with billing and timekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related education preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation secretarial experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of legal practices, terminology, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
